Shipping question

The estimates are 10 business days for the shipping to Canada and the Unites States. Faster Shipping option would be around one week. Europe is about 10 days. Please keep in mind that these are just estimates as it really depends on USPS, Canada Post, and other postal services which are affected by the COVID.

We had two warehouses (one in Canada and one in the USA) prior to COVID situation, and had to close them because of the regulations, we also hope that we will be able to reopen them next year. However, everything is coming from Ukraine right now because that is where the manufacturing is.

We've partnered with USPS and Canada Post for deliveries in the United States and Canada. Europe is covered by local postal services.

Company & Product Questions

All soft plastic lures and jigs are manufactured in Europe in Ukraine. The rest is manufactured in South Korea, Japan, and China, and packaged in Ukraine. We are trying to work only with the best factories and manufacturers.

It is called "secret" for a reason, but you can be sure that it is 100% safe. We only use natural additives. A daughter of one of our employees even ate some larva lures cause she thought they were jellies and she is perfectly fine.

You could about a year ago as we had some dealers in Canada and the USA but COVID happened and there was no way to keep this relation running. So we decided to change the business model and work directly with fishermen eliminating any other markups.

Our plastics can be stored anywhere and same goes for pretty much everything we offer. Hooks and snaps have ceramic coating so they don't rust much. Reels and rods require basic care. So you don't have to worry about anything.

Order questions

All orders get processed the next business day and shipped to the post office by the end of the day. It takes another day for post office to process it, so it would be on the way to you on a second business day from the moment you place the order.

If you order gets lost and it is indicated on the tracking page, we can issue you a full refund or store credit (up to you to choose). You can also return your order if products are unopened and not damaged. Keep in mind that the shipping cost to return it would be on you.
